This guarantee covers:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are defective

  • Items that are incorrect compared to what was ordered

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us and we will make it right.

🔁 7-Day Return & Refund Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

📌 Requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

📾 What We Need From You

To process your request, please email us within 7 days and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging (if available)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Handmade macrame items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Orders with personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer

  • Size, color, or design selections chosen incorrectly

  • Minor handmade variations (knot style, texture, color tone)

  • Change of mind after delivery

Handmade products may have slight variations — this is a natural part of handcrafted work and not considered a defect.

⏳ Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders very quickly.

✔ Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed

❌ After 3 Hours

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

  • Production may already be in progress

This applies to both personalized merchandise and handmade macrame products.

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

🌍 International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds
